This is a complimentary estimate to replace recirculation pump Out today 2/5/24 Trevor J. Return trip to replace the 1/2” inline resirculating pump in the main level garage utility closet. Existing Goulds unit stopped working properly and was leaking. Cut out old pump and installed a new Grundfos recirculating pump with unions and new PEX. Restored water and tested for proper function/ leaks. Job Status: Complete. Use card on file for remaining payment.

Technician installed new moen posi temp cartridge on return trip to find that was not the issue. Upon further investigation we found that the recirculation pump to be the issue technician cut in a half and shut off to Fine that the pump and The check valve will need to be replaced. Technician will submit to choice with Dan whenever we find out proper pricing for the recirculation pump.
CUSTOMER STATED: water temperature changes randomly to hotter whenever bathing the baby. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Technician found that the water heater is connected to recirculation pump in the cause of the temperature. Change was the timer, causing the pump to turn on whatever the baby was being bathed. CUSTOMER STATED : Need new 200 gallon grease trap installed. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Customer recently sold restaurant and inspector is needing them to replace the existing rusted out 200 gallon grease trap located in the kitchen area of the restaurant. Customer stated: The shower on the second floor master bathroom was not draining properly. Technician notes: We found the drain to have grout holding the sides of the pipe. We also found drain be very slow Resolution: We ran an auger down the drain 6’, to clear all hair and debris from line. CUSTOMER STATED: leak showing up in living room TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out to location to diagnose issue and found a water drain in living room area while speaking to home owners about issue they explained this mainly happened when it’s raining hard, when I went up to crawl space I found a water damage, humid spot plus water on insulation, this is not a plumbing related issue but a roofing issue. Customer stated wanted our annual whole home inspection Technician notes after inspecting the 3.5 bathroom home with two stories that is currently piped out of copper approximately 30 years old. I found no immediate issues that need to be addressed, but informed the homeowner of the police supply Lions gate valve emergency shut off for each picture.
