Stated.. gas leak outside and inside Tech notes.. came out today to diagnose a gas leak there is extensive gas piping that makes no sense. Need to preform pressure test to understand extent of issue. 3 people required at least. The gas line for the old chapel and new are not connected and the gas line is ran in a very confusing way We will have to do a pressure test to see if any of the lines to see if gas lines are leaking if gas line appear to be leaking And test all visible gas lines and all lines in the ceiling that are accessible To find gas leak out side and one that goes from the basement and third floor no smell on the second floor Resolution.. we need to perform a pressure test on the gas system to help locate the leak. Building is massive and three floors. Rough estimate of 11 bathrooms, 2 water heaters. Notes..interested in HCC for commercial property. Clean out in rear. Mike. Customer stated the toilet in the hallway bath up stairs is backing up Found the toilet to stop up when flushed ran water in sink and shower to see If it was just in the toilet Ran closet auger though toilet to clear line and removed a soft tissue blockage from the toilet Flushed toilet a few times to insure the toilet was cleared Clean up work area Job complete

CUSTOMER STATED : The sink is leaking on the left side when you turn the water on. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the tenants concern of a leak on the left side kitchen sink under the cabinet. After testing, I found water will leak due to the tubular extension piece not being long enough which is causing the leak. RESOLUTION : Made modifications to the left side of the kitchen drain tubular piping to ensure proper connections/seal. After making modifications, I have filled left side of sink up to properly test repairs. There are no further leaks or concern under kitchen sink at this point in time. Customer/ Tenant States: Master bathroom shower is cracking. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the master bathroom shower wall cracking. Back wall farthest from the shower head. Surface cracks appear to be in the coating of the fiberglass. More than likely happened during shipping/ install. This area does not receive direct water and the crack does not go all the way through. Resolution: ResiPro could have someone look into repairing wall, we do not offer this service. Or shower could be completely replaced with a new one, we do offer this. Shower is not leaking. No mechanical failure. Job Notes: Shower measurements are 60x32x72. Job Status: Complete. APPROVED TWICE - CHW PICK UP PARTS Return trip to replace the crossover tee under the kitchen sink to solve luke warm water issue to faucet. This is a complimentary estimate for My Georgia Plumber to install a new tankless water heater supplied under warranty. We will install the new unit and test for full functionality. Once the job is complete we will remove the old water heater to complete the warranty exchange. Job completed February 20, 2024 tankless replaced, water is on and tested with no further issues at this time.
Customer Stated: They were unable to get any hot water throughout the home. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Navien tankless propane, powered unit located in the garage of home, and is only about 4 to 6 years of age which is still under manufacturing warranty. Initially, I had homeowners run hot water in multiple locations of home, and was unable to get the tankless unit to ignite. I called Navien tech-support, and waited 45 to 50 minutes on hold with no response from anyone in tech-support. While on site I did notice that the condensing heat exchanger seem to have a lot of water dripping from it which indicates this could be the failed component. I let homeowner know that because I cannot reach anyone from Navien tech-support that I would recommend either reaching out to them for replacement of heat exchanger or to replace the whole unit itself. I presented options to have the heat exchanger replaced, or to have the whole unit replaced, and homeowners elected to rea

Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with no hot water in the kitchen. Found a recirculating pump above the water heater in the utility closet that was not plugged in, no power source in this closet. Found a crossover tee under the kitchen sink. Crossover tee provides the loop in the system for the recirculating pump to work. Crossover tee has failed and is not working properly, crossover tee needs to be replaced. Customer should also consider having an electrician out to install an outlet in the utility closet so the pump can be plugged in. Resolution: Submit to CHW for crossover tee replacement. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. Job Status: Incomplete. Autho: Did not receive authorization while on-site. Estimates: Ready to send.
TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found leak in downstairs ceiling kitchen area while further diagnosing found tub upstairs drain would need to be replaced sealants had worn down. RESOLUTION: replaced the tub drain and tested with new sealants found no further issues located in the master bathroom of the home , after testing and checking downstairs no more water leaks were present.could not locate clean out JOBSTATUS: complete

CUSTOMER STATED: 50 gal natural gas water heater leaking in basement TECHNICIAN NOTES: 50 gal natural gas water heater leaking in basement. Leak is minimal and leaking from the bottom of heater. Heater will require expansion tank with bracket a yellow flex gas supply and a ball valve. Heater is in basement on a stand so 2 men are required for replacement. Will need 4 hours to complete job.
