CUSTOMER STATED: they were not getting hot water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a hot water issue while on site home owner told me they were only getting warm water out of the garden tub in the master bathroom on the second level. I tested every fixture in the master bathroom to find everything getting hot to the point that the hot water was turning my hand red. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: i found no mechanical failure with the hot water heater. JOB NOTES: hose bibs are off and could not locate clean out.
