The homeowner complaint is that the washing machine drain line is backing up and overflowing The homeowner also said that they are hearing the toilets gurgling on occasion when one toilet is flushed the other toilet gurgles I found that the washing machine drain line is backing up when it drains And when the kitchen sink is used you can hear gurgling coming from the washing machine drain line I ran my Sink machine through the washing machine drain line and attempted to clear a clog but I could not get it clear I was feeling something very hard in the drain line and When I retrieved my cable it was covered in rust I looked in the crawl space through a foundation vent and found that the drain line for the washing machine is run in steel pipe My recommendation is to replace the steel drain line and replace it with pvc I would also recommend the homeowner have the septic system tested Authorization:150revc Ahs denied the work to be done Job completion: job completed Estimates

Came out today to provide a complimentary estimate for a bathroom remodel, we will have a estimate to provide sink, shower, and toilet and also a estimate to have the home owner provide the items. The drainage is already roughed in, there is a water hot and cold near the area. The shower head must be above 6’3” for the son to be able to shower. The measurements are all in my pictures. Home owner would like Dan or Chris to get with him once estimate is complete and built.
