Customer stated: shower head was leaking. Technician notes: upon inspection found shower arm leaking where it connects to shower riser, shower arm was barely tight and only had a small amount of tape on it. Removed existing shower arm and reinstalled with tape and dope. Ran shower for multiple minutes with no leaks appearing. Customer stated: when shower is ran in hall bath it leaks slowly in laundry room basement Tech notes: it’s dripping water at the shower gasket in the walk in shower hall bath. I built estimate to replace gasket and re puddy the drain. Resolution: after installing new gasket and re puddy the drain I tested and it is no longer leaking at this time. Customer stated: kitchen sink is clogged Technician notes: ran water in both bowls of kitchen sink and they were both stopped up, removed all water from drain with shop vac, used sewer machine through drain to clear blockage.
