CUSTOMER STATED: they have a leaking water heater. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking water heater. While on sit I found the water heater in the crawl space is a 40 gallon short electric water heater. The water heater has an internal leak causing the heater to sit in a puddle of mud. While checking the water pressure I found it reading 100psi. The prv is a watts 25 aub prv located in te front of the crawl space.
