The tenants complaint is that the master bath shower will not shut off We found the master bathroom shower cartridge is shut the water off We removed the cartridge and found that it is not a standard cartridge Will need to order the cartridge and reschedule to install the new cartridge We did install a standard standard cartridge to stop it from leaking any more but it dose leak when it is used I explained that the master shower can not be used until we get the new cartridge installed I left the handle assembly off of the shower and put the parts in the master bathroom vanity Job not complete Need to order cartridge link below

CUSTOMER STATED: Entire house is backing up into powder room. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Found main line stoppage in the system of the house. Stoppage was after the outside clean out towards the septic tank. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: ran sewer machine down main line and pulled back baby wipes. System was cleared. If issue arises again recommend running camera down main line to insure no other issues with the sewer system to the septic tank. JOB STATUS: COMPLETE

CUSTOMER STATED:water service line leaking on yard. TECHNICIAN NOTES: found 1” black pen water service line leaking in front yard. Due to a tree root growing around the water service line. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:cutout and replaced section of water service line. It was not very deep at the point of the leak but was lower before and after the spot of the leak. CUSTOMER STATED: Bathroom sink is clogged TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the tenants concerns of the right side sink in the master bathroom not draining due to hair buildup. Hair has built up in drain due to normal use. Wife of home felt “uncomfortable” with us walking the home to perform inspection since her husband was not home. After diagnosing issue she wanted us to leave and come back at 2 when her husband would be home. Repairs were made regardless. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Removed hair buildup from right side sink drain in master bathroom. Sink has been tested is now draining as it should. CUSTOMER STATED : There is a leak showing up on the bathroom ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the tenants concerns of a leak appearing around the “fart fan” in the full hallway bathroom located upstairs. Tenant stated this has happened in the past before. Went into attic and found the hvac system to have a constant, steady leak which is causing the discoloration on the ceiling below. Resipro needs a hvac contractor out to fix issues. RESOLUTION : No plumbing failures on site. No repairs made. Resipro needs hvac contractor to resolve ticket made by tenant. JOB NOTES : Please bill resipro for trip out. Customer stated shower head is leaking Found shower head in basement bathroom leaking from back threads in the wall. Causing discoloring in the wooden trim around the shower. Removed and reattached the shower head with new teflon tape to insure it was not leaking anymore Job is completed

CUSTOMER STATED : Washing machine is leaking and there is a gas control valve leak. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today to the vacant property to inspect a leaking washing machine box and a gas control valve leak. Upon arrival water was turned off at the meter. After turning water back on, found the cold side to the washing machine box to be leaking at the sharkbite connection. Washer box had also broken at the neck the connects to 2 inch pvc. Gas was turned on to water heater in garage and we found not find any types of water or gas leaks at this time. RESOLUTION : Replaced washing machine box located upstairs in laundry area. Water has been restored to home to fully pressurize repairs. At this point in time there are no further concerns. JOB NOTES : Please bill resipro for work completed today. Customer stated that the master closet had a leak coming in looks like it was coming from out side Cut access home in the walls to insure there were no water line in the wall where customer thought water was coming from Opened up another hole in the same closet behind tub and found water standing under the master shower Looked at the shower drain and found that it was only hand tight So I removed the shower drain and resiled the shower drain and put back in place and tested There are no leaks at this time Customer also has a tub spout in the hallway bathroom that was not working properly when you would pull the diverter up it would only half divert water to the showerhead Replaced tub spout Tested everything is functioning properly at this time, and there are no leaks at this time Also check hallway, bathroom, shower, drain shower is draining properly at this time small amount of hair and drain line Remove debris from drain line and tested. Everything is draining properly

Customer stated: they had a clogged home. Tech notes: called out today to look at a clogged home. While on site I found the home had a clean out that is completely overflowing. I ran my sewer machine 100ft and pulled back tons of wipes and roots in the line. Resolution: need to replace sewer line due to exposure of roots. The sewer line is 90 feet long and is located on the right side of the home. The sewer Lin is 4inch and goes directly from the right side of the home to the street. We will need an excavator to trench along with laying 90 feet of 4 inch pvc and connecting it at the city connection. We will also be filling the trench back in once line is laid and completed. Job status not complete. Job notes: need to get with Robert on building estimate,ate.

The tenants complaint is that the hose bib broke off the wall We found the hose bib was broken off the wall because the cpvc snapped in the wall We cut open the guest bedroom wall under the window and cut out the broken cpvc and installed a small section of pex and a new hose bib Job completed No other estimates needed

The homeowner complaint is that there is a leak in the kitchen ceiling We found there is some water damage to the kitchen ceiling we did not find an active drip from the damaged ceiling We looked and tested both upstairs bathrooms and found no signs of leaks And the damage is not showing up under any of the bathrooms it’s under a closet I then noticed the hvac vent in the 2nd floor ceiling next to the closet I looked in the attic and found that water is leaking from the hvac vent off of the hvac unit The Leak is coming from hvac not any plumbing Need to get a hvac company to come check the system Job completed No estimates needed at this time

Customer stated: they had water pressure issues. Tech notes: called out today to look at pressure issues in the home while on site I found all fixtures but the powder bathroom faucet having pressure issues. Prv was reading 6psi which is code but when running a utility it’s fluctuates down to 20 psi. Resolution: I replaced the Wilkins double union prv in the garage. Once I replaced prv I tested and found everything functions properly as should. Job status complete. This estimate is to replace the prv in the garage. The prv has failed causing water fluctuation throughout the whole home where pressure is dropping to 20 psi the going back up to 60psi.

CUSTOMER STATED: Water pressure is low TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for the tenants concerns of there being low water pressure and for a leak under the kitchen sink. Tenant not on site while out today Homes water pressure testing below 20 PSI from both hose bibs. 25AUB prv is located in the garage. Dishwasher drain hose is leaking at the tubular connection under kitchen sink. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replaced 25 AUB prv with a double union watts for easier change out. Tightened drain hose for dishwasher that connected to the tubular piping under the kitchen sink. Homes water pressure is 60 PSI with new prv. Dishwasher has been drained prior to tightening connection and there are no further leaks at this point in time. JOB NOTES: Home on septic system. Please bill resipro for work completed today. Customer states that toilet is leaking Found old toilet leaking with blue dye covering the base of the toilet. While inspecting toilet found multiple hairline cracks on the toilet bowl. There is a high risk of cracking the toilet worse while attempting to repair the leak on the tank of the toilet. Toilet needs to be replaced. Estimates for toilet replacement build but may need to be revised before sending to resi for approval. Job is not completed
