CUSTOMER STATED: vibrating noise coming from around water heater TECHNICIAN NOTES: after testing found no issues with pressure or water heater. After talking with customer and him describing the issue I believe the issue comes from some sediment being trapped inside PRV. Tested valve on water heater and it was opened all the way. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replace PRV JOB NOTES:PRV is old but pressure in house is fine. PRV should be replaced to solve the vibrating issue customer is having. Water heater is 24 years old and highly recommended to customer to replace before it starts to leak.
