Great Service!

Jesus came within the provided window and provided excellent service. He also showed us pictures once the job was complete and gave instructions on next steps. 3 stars for price is because the company required us to pay in full upfront. I feel that with a job of this size, we should have been afforded the option to pay a deposit and the remainder at the completion of the job.

Tenant States: There is leak in the garage. She just moved here from New York and has had nothing but issues including urine smell in the house. Technician Notes: Upon arrival, the garage was full of waste water on the floor. Discovered there is waste backing up out of the washer drain in the basement garage. Ran water through this line until it backed up to confirm. Based on my findings, the age of the home, the lack of man hole covers leading up to this home, there is potentially a full septic tank that has not been serviced in the last 5 years. There is no exterior clean outs. I believe the septic tank sits to the left side of the home, line goes out the front left corner. Resolution: ResiPro needs to send a septic company out here to locate the tank and service the tank. Until this happens, the back up will continue to occur. Job Notes: No sewer clean out, there is one in the crawlspace. I do not recommend opening this clean out until line is pumped. Job Status: Complete. Aut
