Jesus came within the provided window and provided excellent service. He also showed us pictures once the job was complete and gave instructions on next steps. 3 stars for price is because the company required us to pay in full upfront. I feel that with a job of this size, we should have been afforded the option to pay a deposit and the remainder at the completion of the job.
He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he loved what he was doing and took pride in his work.

08/06/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated her downstairs toilets are backing up in her master bathroom and guest bath also in the shower . TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today because customer stated her toilets were clogged in her downstairs guest bathroom and master bathroom and master bathroom shower was backing up. Toilets had a good amount of toilet paper sitting in bowls when I arrived . Outside, clean outs were not holding water. RESOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATIONS: I first tried using my hand auger to clear blockage. The hand auger did not work so I pulled the toilet in the master bathroom and ran snake full 75 feet out about 7 or 8 times and may have partially cleared some of the soft blockage of tissue paper but water still proceeded to gradually back up again . Recommend returning tomorrow with a camera to go down the line to find and clear obstruction. I reset master bathroom toilet but did not hook water supply line back up to it. 08/06/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: Master bath sink would not drain properly due to pop-up being stuck in right side sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today to look at a sink in the master bath that will not drain properly due to pop up being stuck. Upon inspection pop up assembly under the sink was malfunctioning . RESOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATIONS: Today I made adjustments to the pop-up assembly and tested to make sure it was functioning properly. Recommended replacing entire pop-up if issue presents itself again. CUSTOMER STATED: Toilet is not flushing properly TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for the customers concerns of the toilet in the full upstairs guest bathroom not flushing properly. 2 other contractors have been out for the same issue and recommended to replace the 2 piece gerber toilet. To begin diagnosis, ran closet auger through toilet but was unsuccessful at getting the toilet to flush properly. Ahs denied the cost to pull toilet from floor and camera line. Customer agreed to service estimate to pull toilet from floor and run sewer scope to check for further issues. Once toilet was pulled, I managed to retrieve a tampon cap from the bottom side of the toilet. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Pulled toilet from floor, retrieved tampon cap, and performed sewer scope in the full guest bathroom upstairs. Customer Stated: They had a leak coming from the ceiling in the master bedroom, and were unsure where leak was coming from. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there was a slow leak coming from the second level master bathroom ceiling where only the attic is above it. I went to the attic, and found that the leak is coming from a cracked fitting in the condensation 3/4” PVC drain line. I let the h/o know I could fix this today, but this is not a typical plumbing issue, and would be considered a HVAC issue. I presented options to have this taken care of through service today, and the h/o elected to move forward with repairs for today’s visit. Resolution: I was able to successfully cut out section of 3/4” PVC piping located in the attic of home, and replace with brand new PVC piping with no issues. CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking toilet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking toilet. While on site I found the tank to bowl gasket needs replaced.
