Jesus came within the provided window and provided excellent service. He also showed us pictures once the job was complete and gave instructions on next steps. 3 stars for price is because the company required us to pay in full upfront. I feel that with a job of this size, we should have been afforded the option to pay a deposit and the remainder at the completion of the job.

Technician notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Water Heater Flush. We performed the water heater flush on the 6 year old Bradford White electric heater located in the garage. The water heater is functioning as it should with no failures. Job status: complete.
I was able to successfully rebuild the tubular underneath the main level kitchen sink with no issues. I fully pressurized the system, and ran water for several mins with no further issues or leaks. I was able to check the clean out cap located in the crawl space of the home, and see that water is flowing through the drain line with no back up/clog issues.
This is a service estimate to replace the exterior hose bibs and install new shut offs for new hose bibs. This includes pipe work. We replaced 2 hose bibs Installed 2 shut off for the hose bibs We installed a new main shut off and a new prv Tested with no issues Job complete
Called out to customers house due to sewer backing up in yard ran sewer, snake down line all the way to manhole found a soft blockage of grease, but can’t tell if it comes from the residence home or the neighbors home they tie in together out in the road, and on a upon inspection open sewer manhole found the outlet on the sewer an hole is holding water recommendation to have county come out and inspect their lines at the manhole going out (((job status complete)))
I found that the 21 year old heater started having issues after the main water to the whole community was cut off and turned back on It has churned up the sediment in the water heater I believe it caused the water heater elements to break I also open the thermostat covers and found the upper element is extremely corroded and there is a leak coming from the tank I recommend replacing the water due to the age and the leak Job complete
Tech notes: out today for leak from master bathroom. Upon arrival, found that the tub drain is leaking. Removed existing tub drain and installed new puddy. Installed tub drained and tested. Tech notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection. Upon arrival we found that the home has 2 full bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a delta 2 piece elongated toilets. The water heater is located in the laundry room. It is a 40 gallon electric rheem. Water heater is up to code and is functioning properly. Customer had a drip from the 3 handle shower valve. Job status: complete. Estimate: ready to be sent.

While on site I started with the water heater in the basement then worked my way around the home checking all plumbing fixtures. 08/06/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated her downstairs toilets are backing up in her master bathroom and guest bath also in the shower . TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today because customer stated her toilets were clogged in her downstairs guest bathroom and master bathroom and master bathroom shower was backing up. Toilets had a good amount of toilet paper sitting in bowls when I arrived . Outside, clean outs were not holding water. RESOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATIONS: I first tried using my hand auger to clear blockage. The hand auger did not work so I pulled the toilet in the master bathroom and ran snake full 75 feet out about 7 or 8 times and may have partially cleared some of the soft blockage of tissue paper but water still proceeded to gradually back up again . Recommend returning tomorrow with a camera to go down the line to find and clear obstruction. I reset master bathroom toilet but did not hook water supply line back up to it. 08/06/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: Master bath sink would not drain properly due to pop-up being stuck in right side sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES: out today to look at a sink in the master bath that will not drain properly due to pop up being stuck. Upon inspection pop up assembly under the sink was malfunctioning . RESOLUTION/ RECOMMENDATIONS: Today I made adjustments to the pop-up assembly and tested to make sure it was functioning properly. Recommended replacing entire pop-up if issue presents itself again.
