This is a complimentary service estimate for my Georgia plumber to remodel the jack and Jill bathroom located upstairs and turn bathroom into 2 separate full bathrooms, floor plan will not effect the price. At time of booking customer will need to advise My Georgia Plumber of which plan but the pricing is the same. This estimate is based on all of the demolition (including all tile removed to expose sub-floor) and framing being completed prior to My Georgia Plumer arriving. This takes into account that the customer will be supplying all components for this project to include the shower stall, shower valve, vanities and toilet. My Georgia Plumber will remove the necessary subfloor to add the new drain and supply lines. Drain lines will be extended through the floor and supply lines capped to allow for drywall and flooring to be installed. 8/22/24 job notes : Out today to perform a major rebuild on 3 handle shower valve in the full guest hallway bathroom located upstairs. While on site today tenant stated after repairing master bathroom shower, shower head now has low water pressure. Shower head has been checked and appears to be clogged by debris. Could not remove all debris from shower head and had to be replaced as well to resolve tenants concerns. RESOLUTION : Performed major rebuild on 3 handle shower valve and replaced shower head in master bathroom during todays visit. CUSTOMER STATED: Master shower leaks, guest bathroom shower head has low water pressure, guest bathroom tub/shower leaks. The tenants complaint is that when they flush a toilet or run a shower both bathrooms back up and leak from under the toilets We found that there is a back up on the main sewer line We pulled the toilet in the master bathroom And ran the snake all 50 feet of cable the water level in the pipe dropped but it didn’t empty it is still holding water Need to reschedule to come back out with a longer cable or jetted and camera to determine what the underlying issue with the main line is Job not complete Need to reschedule for further work

TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out today for constellation to replace a 50 gallon natural gas water heater that was supplied by constellation. Water heater located within closet in garage hasn’t been producing hot water in over 10 days per the customer. Existing water heater shut off, thermal expansion tank, and gas supply line are showing no concerns and are working as they should. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Replaced 50 gallon natural gas water heater in garage only. Water has been restored to the home to fully pressurize all repairs made today. There are no further concerns at this point in time and new water heater is currently heating up it’s water. JOB NOTES: Please bill constellation for water heater replacement. The homeowner complaint is that they are seeing water pooling on to the bottom of the cabinet under both sinks in the master bathroom I found the bottom of the cabinets have bubbled and I found the faucets are leaking from the cartridges down through the handles I gave homeowner the estimates and they said they will be going with the replacement but they are going to call us back once they get the faucets and they don’t know how long it will be Job not completed Estimates built and ready to send
The complaint is that they are seeing a leak under the kitchen sink We found that the tubular nut on the top of the ptrap was loose So it was having a small drip coming from it We tightened all the tubular nuts and straightened the tubular from the garbage disposal Tested with no leaks Job completed No estimates needed
Customer stated the shower on the main floor was leaking into to the room next to it in the closet Look at the shower from the front side and found no signs of a leak when water was running when water was not running Cut access hole in closet wall Ran again and found that the drop ear 90 was leaking Took shower arm off and tried to reinstall it appropriately and tight Found that it was still leaking Cut access hole in the front front of the shower where the drop ear is in the shower arm comes out Found that the cpvc drop ear 90 was cracked Replaced the drop ear 90 pm the shower and tested the shower There are no leaks at this time Resi will need to send some one to close up holes in sheet rock Job is compleat No estimate required at this time
Called out today due to there being no hot water Upon arrival found that the pilot light had been relight and was working properly but i also found that the expansion tank was leaking and heater was not up to code Had to cut out thermal expansion tank and replace expansion tank and all the way to heater, including new ball valve for the heater to bring heater up to code shut down water to the house and drained down the house Cut out the old expansion tank and the short bite flex line going to the heater that had the shark bite shut off on it Replaced shut off expansion tank installed expansion bracket for expansion tank turned water back on and tested for leaks There are no leaks at this time Job is complete No further estimates needed Customer was not home Would recommend some look at the floor in utility closet
Estimate to camera the main line for a building and find 80 feet of cast iron pipe is on bad shape and 100ft can be cleaned with hydro jet this line runs under slab

Customer stated she wanted no repairs completed today if the warranty wasn’t paying for them.
