CUSTOMER STATED: shower was dripping in the guest bathroom. TECHNICIAN NOTES: tech found that the no brand three handle shower valve is dripping from the hot side. Tech was able to get the drip to stop by turning it very hard but customer is older and does not have the strength to turn it that hard. We cannot remove the handle due to the amount of corrosion on the hot and cold side but the diverterter stem was able to be removed. Tech took measurements of the diverter for us to locate so we can build a proper estimate for choice RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: will need to locate part to replace on return trip. Handles will need to be cut off and replaced as well due to the corrosion preventing us from removing them.
