Customer stated: Resident called about toilet has overflow in hallway for the upstairs. Tech notes: called out to home because of a leak in the main level half bath bathroom toilet. While on site we found that no water was leaking from toilet, we found that the flapper was old due to wear and age and not sealing properly in main level guest bathroom. Change flappers in all 3 bathrooms in home due to wear and age. Master bathroom toilet flapper and hallway bathroom toilet flapper and upstairs hallway toilet changed. Resolution: change out old flapper with new flapper in the main level powdered bathroom toilet, master bathroom toilet, and upstairs hallway toilet. flushed 5times like someone was using it to ensure it works properly.

Customer stated: they had a leaking drain. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leaking drain line. While on site I found the leak is coming from a 2 inch pvc drain line coming from the tub/shower above the laundry room. The fitting the leak is located on is the p trap. The p trap is not glues in where it looks like the glue had corroded away and can easily remove the fitting. Resolution: we will need to come out with 2 2 inch pvc couplings and a 2 inch pvc p trap with a 5 ft of 2 inch pvc to replacing the p trap in the laundry room below. I replaced the p trap and all other pvc fittings that were needed to make repair. Once repair was comeplete I turned water on and tested to find no further leaks or drips. Job status: complete Job notes:

Tenet stated that the dishwasher was not draining and the shower in the basement was not draining. Tested dishwasher to find no issues at all. Ran sink for 20 minutes along side the dish washer and everything thing drained perfectly. I forced the dishwasher to drain to not have to wait for the full cycle so there may be an issue with the dish washer that an appliance technician should take a look at. Shower in basement drain backing up, ran pistol snake down drain and cleared the line. Pulled out a large amount of hair and other build up. Shower draining perfectly now. Job is completed.
