CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated that the upstairs bathroom was not providing hot water at the shower TECHNICIAN NOTES: when technician arrived today, we found that the water heater was functioning properly, and the upstairs shower had been taken apart by the customer and was attempted to make the repair RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: one technician turned on the water to the upstairs bathtub. We found that there was no mechanical failure, and that the customer had to of accidentally put it back in the proper orientation for it to function properly. CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leaking bath tub. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leaking bath tub. While on site I found that the bath tub above the garage has a drain cap with the threads snapped off of it. Home owner had already takin the drain cap off to show the snapped piece of metal on the threads. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: we will need to come out and cut a whole under the waste and over flow in the garage ceiling. Once exposed we will removed the old waste and over and install a brand new one. JOB NOTES: could not locate clean out. Home owners hose bibs are off. Home owner wants to call chw and figure out why this job was not approved.

The tenants complaint is that they have had the powder bath toilet back up with black water 3 times in the last year and when it happens there is a bubbling noise that comes from the kitchen sink We tested the system and nothing is backing up or acting clogged After testing the system spoke with tenant and they said the last time it happened it was raining We found the home is on septic and the tank is in the front yard we found a location in the yard that is very wet and we probed and found it is right over the tank At this point the a septic company needs to be sent out to assess the tank Job not completed No estimates are needed
CUSTOMER STATED: busted pipe TECHNICIAN NOTES:came out to diagnose a busted pipe in the master bath while on site we cut a 2' x 3' hole where the bust was and located cpvc piping which had cracked causing the leak. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replace busted cpvc with pex. JOB NOTES: no visible cleanout, water is off to home and cannot turn on without spraying water everywhere so I am unable to get home water pressure. CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak showing up in the living room area, and washing machine closet. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection I found that there was a spraying noise, and leak coming from behind the drywall connected to the living room, and washing machine room. After cutting into the drywall I found that there is a pin hole leak coming from the 1/2” copper piping. I found that the hot/cold pipes are sitting directly next to each other which will make it difficult to make repair, and will require us to cut out both hot/cold pipes out for washing machine. I let h/o know I have waited my 10-15 mins with no response from choice warranty, and I would have to leave the job site unless she wants todays repairs done through service. The h/o elected to wait for warranty response before proceeding. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: We will need to cut out the hot/cold water lines for the washing machine where pin hole is located, and rework with new pex piping/fittings to help fix/preve
This is a choice estimate to repair the leaks on the 3/4 copper water line in the laundry room wall. **Gios Notes** Resolution: I was able to successfully cut out 1’-2’ of 3/4” copper piping, and replace with brand new 3/4” pex piping with no issues. I fully pressurized whole home with no further plumbing issues or leaks. Customer Stated: She had a leak coming from her master bathroom sink, the basement shower was only getting hot water, and the upstairs gayest bathroom was not getting enough hot water. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there were no leaks coming from the upstairs master bathroom sink. We ran water for several minutes with no issues. I found that the basement stand alone shower was a moen brushed nickel trim, and I found that this handle is broken, and is missing a set screw along with broken missing parts for the handle/cartridge. I let the home owner know I would recommend to ResiPro to have the entire trim along with posi temp moen cartridge replaced. I found that the upstairs guest bathroom shower/tub has a temperature limiter, and it just needs to be adjusted. While on site I checked whole home water pressure, and received a reading of 115 psi which is outside of state code regulations which indicates that the PRV has failed, and will need to be replaced. TECHNICIAN NOTES: found a 3/4 copper line in the wall behind the water heater leaking, customer has wrapped tape around the leak to slow it down.
