CUSTOMER STATED: busted pipe TECHNICIAN NOTES:came out to diagnose a busted pipe in the master bath while on site we cut a 2' x 3' hole where the bust was and located cpvc piping which had cracked causing the leak. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replace busted cpvc with pex. JOB NOTES: no visible cleanout, water is off to home and cannot turn on without spraying water everywhere so I am unable to get home water pressure.
