CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated that the upstairs bathroom was not providing hot water at the shower TECHNICIAN NOTES: when technician arrived today, we found that the water heater was functioning properly, and the upstairs shower had been taken apart by the customer and was attempted to make the repair RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: one technician turned on the water to the upstairs bathtub. We found that there was no mechanical failure, and that the customer had to of accidentally put it back in the proper orientation for it to function properly.
