Tenet stated while it was raining they noticed a stain in ceiling of garage. Found stain in ceiling of garage under attic space. Found no leaks from bathroom near the stains. The stains are directly under an attic space. Looked into attic space to find no plumbing at all. I believe there is a slight roof leak that showed its self during the last heavy rain when the stain appeared. Job is completed

The homeowner complaint is that they smelled gas in the home The gas company came out but couldn’t find a leak anywhere We found the gas meter has been locked We looked around for anything loose fittings or anything that could be causing the leak and found nothing At this point the only way to find the leak will be to get the gas company to unlock the meter so we can find it that way or to perform a pressure test off the meter Job not completed Estimates are built and ready I told them the service fee from today would be applied to the gas pressure test estimate The homeowner was not on site and the people in the home didn’t want to sign
