The tenants complaint is that the leak in the powder bath ceiling is worse than before We found that there is a leak showing up in the powder bath ceiling After testing we found that the leak is coming from the shower head line in the wall And after further testing we found it is also leaking from the cartridge when the water is only going to the tub spout My recommendation is to replace the tub shower valve and the water line going to the shower head In order to make the repair the closest behind the shower will need to be completely cleaned out including the shelving unit Then a large section of sheet rock will need to be removed Job not completed This shower should not be used until repairs are made No one on site at time of visit 6/19/2024. James We could not perform the work due to the person living in the room where we have to go in to the closet locked the door and no one can get a hold of him and it is unknown if the closet was cleaned out Need to reschedule

Customer Stated: They were having gas smells, and the gas company had come out for testing earlier today. The gas company stated there was a very slow leak coming from somewhere in the fuel line, but were unable to locate exactly where. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the gas meter was cut off, and had gas company tag around it stating there was a leak coming from somewhere in the fuel line. I let the homeowners know I would need to turn on gas from the meter in order to re-create said gas leak, and gas smells. After turning on gas at meter I did an inspection around the whole home from the main level all the way to the attic, and was unable to get any gas smells or any indication of a gas leak. I even had the homeowner turn on the furnace with the same result p, and no indications of any gas leaks or smells. I did find that the water heater, stove, and AC are all run in electric power source. The only appliance receiving natural gas is coming from the furnace in the attic.
