CUSTOMER STATED: The homeowner wanted a new water filter system installed to replace the old ro system that they started to remove TECHNICIAN NOTES: I found that the homeowner had started to remove the old ro system and got to a point that they were not comfortable finishing it RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I started the job I’ve removed all of the old system and started to install the new system and found the hole in the counter top is not big enough for the new faucet The homeowner has called and scheduled a countertop company to come out on Monday to make the hole larger I collected half the rest will be collected when job is complete JOB NOTES: JOB STATUS: COMPLETE/NOTCOMPLETE (RETURN TRIP NEEDED?) While on site I wrung the doorbell twice and was unable to get a response. I called the home owner and home owner stated he is currently at an eye doctor’s appointment and won’t be back in time to let me in the home. He wants to schedule the annual plumbing inspection for some time this week. Resolution: home owner is not home. I contacted him via phone call on a recorded line where he wants to reschedule. CUSTOMER STATED : Tankless water heater needs servicing. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concern of the homeowner wanting to perform a tankless flush on their Rinnai unit located in the garage. While performing flush, I found the cold service valve to be defective causing water to continuously run into the unit with the water turned off. Tried turning water off at the meter, however tankless flush pump was pushing water back through the house with the service valve still being opened. Tankless cannot be properly flushed until cold side service valve is replaced on tankless. RESOLUTION : Did not complete tankless flush. New service valve is not on the van, therefore homeowner would like estimate to replace cold side service valve sent to their preferred email in the pinned notes. Toilet in this guest bathroom is also running. Mansfield toilet. Flapper will have to be ordered. Resolution: Installed new Moen cartridge in shower, restored water and tested. Out today 6/7/24 Trevor J. Customer needs his water softener capped off/ bypassed. He has had nothing but issues out of it and it flooded his basement. Customer told me that office informed him this was going to be covered by MGP. Office told him we would waive service call. Clay talked to him on the phone and he agreed to move forward with repair. Cut 1” PEX main line in basement to bypass water softener. Ran new elbow to existing line. Customer is going to handle the rest of the water softener he just needed it bypassed. Restored water and tested for leaks. Called customer as he is not home. Use card on file for payment. Job Notes: Safety inspection previously completed. Job Status: Complete. Customer stated: no hot water Technician notes: upon inspection, found that the home has a naiven tankless with a water softener system. Checked the breaker box and nothing is tripped. Went back over to the tankless unit and inspected the outlet it’s plugged into and found the gfi was tripped Resolution: reset gfi on outlet for tankless and water softener system. Everything is working as it should at this time Job status: complete

Called out today to preform annual tankless flush and while on site customer.asked about a sewer ejector pump in the basement making noise and a garbage disposal leaking Looked at the disposal and found that it had loosed it self up and was dripping all I had to do was tighten back up by hand Looked at the sewer ejector pump in the basement and found that when it kicked on and would make a knocking noise that continued after the pump has kicked on recommend that we replace the pump and the check valve on the system and the lid for the tank due to if we open it we will brake the lid and replacement is the Best option if we have to pull the pump out of the pit Flushed out tankless heater for customer and ran flush for 1 hr to insure heater we flushed properly Customer states the unit is making a noise and could not rennet if it through the area code for it needing to be flushed or if it was a combustion issue flushing heater now I would recommend replacing blower motor inside b
