The tenants complaint is that they are still haveing a leak under the kitchen sink they said that it seems to be the same problem as before We tested the kitchen sink and found no active leak from the drain line Or water lines We checked the last repair to make sure it was not having an issue Everything it good and tight no leaks from the repair We then tested the dishwasher to see if it was leaking at the drain line connection it did not leak We did however find that the kitchen sink is falling away from the counter top So that could be the source of the water they are seeing In the kitchen cabinet and below Job complete LEAK IS COMING FROM WHERE THE SINK IS FAILING AWAY Estimate good

TECHNICIAN NOTES: - There was a large puddle of water in front of the kitchen sink and dishwasher. - The kitchen sink was not draining when tested. - The kitchen sink drain line does not have a ptrap. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: - We recommend running a snake through the kitchen sink drain line to clear any clog. - It is also necessary to rework the tubular to include a ptrap. - Although we were able to get it flowing, the high placement of the drain line in the wall could potentially cause future problems. - We suggest moving the drain line down closer to the floor in order to address this issue. However, this will require the removal of the lower cabinets. JOB NOTES: - Job Status: Complete - Parts: Stock - No additional estimates are needed.
