Stated.. toilet not working Technician notes.. came out today to diagnose a toilet that is not functioning upon arriving found the downstairs powder bath toilet to not be filling and flushing correctly with water coming out of the side. Found the fill valve hose to have come out of its slot causing the leak and the improper flush. Resolution.. put hose back in slot correcting both problems. Out today 4/12/24 Trevor J. Home Care Club maintenance plan. Customer has no specific issues to report. Water heater is only a year old. Faucets throughout the home and showing age, but not causing issues at this time. Toilets are in good shape. Out today 4/12/24 Trevor J. Perform annual water heater flush as apart of our HCC maintenance plan. 40 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater in the 3rd floor utility closet is roughly a year old a due for a flush. Performed flush and tested for proper function. Cleared debris from bottom of tank. Advised customer to give it some time before using hot water so it may reach temp again. Job Status: Complete.
This is a complimentary estimate to have all three existing elongated toilets located in the main level guest bath, 2nd level master, and guest bathrooms replaced with customer supplied toilets to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. **NEED TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE 7/8” SUPPLY LINES FOR WHOEVER COMES OUT TO MAKE REPLACEMENTS** **GIO NOTES 4/8/2024** Resolution: I was able to successfully remove all three existing toilets, and replace with brand new customer supplied Kohler elongated toilets, supply lines, wax rings, and bolts with no issues. **ANNUAL WATER HEATER FLUSH** Tech Notes: This unit is only 3 years of age, and is up to code. Everything is in great condition, and functioning properly. While on site the h/o wanted a quote for having all three toilets replaced. I presented options to have this done, and the h/o wants to move forward with replacing all three toilets. He would like to pick out the toilets himself, but definitely wants to have this done within the next week. Resolution: We will need to replace all three toilets located in the main level hallway guest bathroom, 2nd level guest bathroom, and 2nd level master bathroom with brand new customer supplied toilets. CUSTOMER STATED: They had a leak coming from the water heater in garage. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection, I found that this is a state select 50 gallon natural gas water heater located in the garage of home, and is 18 years of age which is well outside of manufacture warranty. I found that this water heater is leaking internally, and I made the homeowner aware that there are no repairs I can make for this unit. It can only be replaced at this time. I let her know that 2-10 warranty will be supplying the water heater, but there is an out-of-pocket cost in the amount of $716.44 for code/modifications items. The homeowner agreed to the out-of-pocket expenses, and I made her aware that as soon as we hear from 2-10 warranty of when the water heater has made it to will call we will schedule her for replacement. Customer Stated: The water meter would fill after it would rain, and they had a sink hole spot in the front yard. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I could not see any still water in the water meter box, and could not see any areas where a sink hole would exist in the front yard. I rang the doorbell, and knocked on front door several times with no answer. I also called the h/o with no response. Resolution: This is a busted call as the h/o is not home for todays visit. This is a complementary estimate to have the existing kohler elongated toilet located in the main level hallway powder bathroom replaced with brand new western elongated toilet to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. This also includes replacing the supply stop for toilet as well. Customer Stated: They had a loud rattling noise coming from the toilet in the middle of the night. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Kohler elongated toilet located in the main level powder bathroom. I found that the toilet has been duck taped from the fill valve into the flush valve. We were unable to re-create any shaking of the piping or loud noises coming from toilet. I let homeowner know based off of their description of the rattling of the piping that this could be an issue of strapping the pipe to the stud, or it knocking up against a stud. Customer stated basement bathroom tub shower does not turn off that there was another company out and their repair didn’t work Found basement bathroom tub shower with cold side trim removed and a wrench locked onto the stim the handles on the valve had been replaced with universal style handles which don’t seem to be working the stim on the cold side is completed lay stripped out due to these universal handles and the hot side stim which appeared to have been replaced recently has a handle that is barely on and is very loose and unable to be tightened any more. The diverter is also leaking out of the stim when the shower is diverted. The homeowner complaint is that they have no hot water I found that the pilot light is out I tested the pilot light and it does light and it burns very good But when the pilot light button is released it goes out I did this several times and the pilot light goes out very time the button is released The gas control valve needs to be replaced Job not completed Need to submit to constellation and need to verify the one I found is the correct gas valve before ordering Estimates are built need to get with management No visible clean out Replace the gas control valve and pilot assembly

Customer stated cj came out and diagnosed her with a leaking water heater in the attic Found the 50 gal electric heater in the attic that is accessed on the second floor. Heater needs to be replaced Job will require 2 men and at least 4 hours to complete. I added a charge on service estimates due to the difficulty of current heater. Heater was shut off on previous visit so there is no current leak or hot water in home there is also space restrictions on parking on this job due to it being a townhouse complex Estimates are ready to send Waiting on choice
CUSTOMER STATED: they had a leak in the ceiling. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a leak in the ceiling. While on site I found the leak is coming from the kitchen ceiling. Above the kitchen ceiling is nothing but a washing machine. While checking the washing machine I heard water running behind the wall. I ventured up to the attic to find the Ao smith 50 gallon electric water heater was leaking out of the seams of the water heater. The water heater is 13 years old. There will need to be 2 technician to go up 2 flights of stairs. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I recommend replacing the 50 gallon electric water heater in the attic of the home.
