Customer stated: they had a leak under the kitchen sink. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leak under a kitchen sink. While on site I found that the tubular under the left side sink basin is leaking anytime a high volume of water is pushed down the drain. I found the rubber gasket on the left side tubular was screwed so tight that it had forced itself out of the thread and is not holding its seal. Resolution: replaced gasket in the tubular. After replacing I turned the water on and tested to find no further leaks or drips. Job notes: could not locate clean out. Job status complete.

Out today to address tenant concerns of a broken pop-up assembly on a sink and a clog in the kitchen sink not allowing water to I found the pop-up assembly to be detached in the first floor powder, bath pedestal sink I was able to reattach and is now functioning I found both basins of the kitchen sink not to be draining water needed to disassemble the tubular drain pipe below. I found the P-trap to be clogged with a foreign substance of undetermined nature. And I do not know when it would have gotten into the drain this tenant for the last. I was able to clear the P-trap sink is now draining properly with slight modifications to the drain and I noticed that there was a missing Studor vent, and I added a Studor vent so now everything is properly assemble. Lastly, while on site, I noted that the front door knob was loose. I was able to tighten this, and it is now firmly fastened and functioning properly. Job complete No estimate Please bill out
