CUSTOMER STATED: water coming in through under slab TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site I found no plumbing related leaking that could’ve caused the flooding under home, as of today I found some vents that could be letting water through or home has foundation issues. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS:as of today no plumbing related issues found tested all areas that could be the culprit but did not find any drainage or water lines leaking , found some entry points through vents that could be the issue but not plumbing related.
