David was incredible, he found the issue with my water heater and gave me honest options without trying to up sell me. He was back the next day to install the new unit and thanks to his expertise and work ethic I now have a safe water heater on my home. Great job by Santos and Melvin! They were right on time and quickly zeroed in on the problem. Toilets, bathtub, and shower were backed up up with nasty matter and black water. They were quickly able to clear the clogged main drain and Santos even cleaned up the toilets which I didn’t expect. My Georgia Plumber should be proud to have such dedicated and professional employees.

Completed home evaluation to find only problem in the home was a failed pressure regulating valve with the home at 82 psi.
Customer call about estimate to covert wood fire place to gas fire place
Customer has a leak on a pvc joint for his toilet. We will need to pull toilet, and cut out 90 and flange and repipe new and then reset toilet. We need to send an estimate for what we discussed
Customer wants a kitchen plumbing overhaul. I found several areas needing repair and strongly recommend replacing the home's plumbing system.
Today I took a look at a garbage disposal is not working. The disposal is a 1/3 hp grind smart unit that had not been working for over a year due to for an object lodged in it.
During an Annual inspection, I found an 8 year old water heater, outside of warranty. The motor is starting to fail internally.
Upon inspection I found that this is only an eight-year-old property, and everything in the home is in excellent condition.
Out today to look into issue with a leaking water heater. Unit is a 21 year old 40 gallon natural gas water heater and passed its prime and leaking.
Customer had a leaking garbage disposal and wanted an estimate for all her vanities. Wants an estimate to install new faucets and tubular for 2 vanities.
