CUSTOMER STATED: right side lavatory sink in master bath had water appear underneath sink. TECHNICIAN NOTES: tested for 20 minutes constantly turning on and off stop valves under right side lavatory sink in master bath. Turned faucet on and off while moving supply lines. Couldn’t recreate any leaks. Noticed faucet slightly loose and plastic gasket not seated correctly. Possible water went between faucet and counter tops RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: no active leaks occurring.
