CUSTOMER STATED : Would like our complimentary plumbing inspection completed. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the customer’s interest in receiving their complimentary annual plumbing inspection through their home care club membership. Home has been thoroughly inspected, where we found no concerns at this point in time. RESOLUTION : Completed annual plumbing inspection.
Tech note: out today for t&p constantly running. Inspected t&p and found that the spring has failed causing the t&p to run constantly. Presented customer with estimate to replace t&p. Resolution: cut t&p line and removed existing t&p. Prepped new t&p for install and installed into heater. Installed new cpvc M.I.P and small section of cpvc. Reconnected into t&p line and let glue dry. Tested t&p to ensure it was functioning properly. Everything is functioning properly at this time. Job status: complete
Tech notes: out today for high pressure and full expansion tank. Upon arrival, turned water off to home and drained it down. Removed existing prv. Installed new watts 25aub prv. Removed existing expansion tank. Unboxed and prepped new expansion tank. Installed new expansion tank and turned water on to test. Everything is functioning properly at this time. Job status: complete
The homeowner wanted a new water heater We found there was a leak on the water heater and water in the pan We replaced the water heater with code required items Tested with no leaks Job complete
The customer stated their Kohler toilet just keeps running continuously. The tank without filling up, causing toilet to constantly run.
Homeowner notes the guest shower is leaking and the toilet is running, the faucet is leaking from the handles, and on the first floor they are seeing water coming up through the flooring

The homeowner wants to run a new water line We looked at the area and spoke with homeowner And they want to run a new water line 350 feet or so and from a connection in the woods where a spring feed line and a well line tie together to the home They want us to sleeve the new water line through the old line which according to the homeowner is a 2in line they want to run a 1in line Estimate is built and ready to send The homeowner told me that the person he spoke to on the phone said we do free estimates and did not agree to pay anything for today
