The customer stated their Kohler toilet just keeps running continuously. The tank without filling up, causing toilet to constantly run.
Homeowner notes the guest shower is leaking and the toilet is running, the faucet is leaking from the handles, and on the first floor they are seeing water coming up through the flooring

Estimate to install a new customer supplied water filtration in the garage. Old unit was leaking from the schedule 80 PVC union. Union split.

The homeowner wants to run a new water line We looked at the area and spoke with homeowner And they want to run a new water line 350 feet or so and from a connection in the woods where a spring feed line and a well line tie together to the home They want us to sleeve the new water line through the old line which according to the homeowner is a 2in line they want to run a 1in line Estimate is built and ready to send The homeowner told me that the person he spoke to on the phone said we do free estimates and did not agree to pay anything for today
Customer States: There is a leak in the utility closet in the garage that is causing damage to walls and flooring inside. Technician Notes: Leak is coming from the Aquasana water filtration system in the garage. One of the canisters and a union appear to be leaking. Home is 7 years old. Customer had this professionally installed around the same time. Customer is going to contact Aquasana to see if this system is under warranty. System will need replaced. Resolution: Bypassed filtration system via bypass valve that was installed in case of failure. Restored water to home and tested for leaks. Customer will be reaching out to Aquasana. Job Notes: Inspection complete. Job Status: Incomplete. Estimates: Good to send
Customer States: They are getting a sewer smell in the master closet/ laundry room. Washer box was relocated to this area a few years ago. Technician Notes: Ensured washer box was properly vented and trapped. All plumbing appears to be in order. Washer is roughly 10 years old. Customer will leave lid open after cycles. Washing machine has not been professionally cleaned. I believe smell is coming from the washing machine. Resolution: Customer needs an appliance technician or a new washing machine. No plumbing issues found. Job Notes: Inspection complete. Job Status: Complete. Estimates: No additional needed.
Customer States: There is a leak under the sink in the kitchen. Technician Notes: Basket strainer in the left side under sink was not properly secured. Basket strainer needs to be rebuilt with new putty. Resolution: Removed basket strainer, cleaned area, sealed and reinstalled. Tested for leaks and proper function. Job Notes: Safety inspection complete. Job Status: Complete. Estimates: Good to send.
