TECHNICIAN'S SUMMARY OF WORK PROVIDED: - Completed a sold estimate to cap a 1/2 inch copper line in the basement and rework the hot and cold lines for the upstairs jack and Jill tub/shower. - Assessed the plumbing in the home and found that all the plumbing is original and over 20 years old. - Determined that the water lines have not been crossed, but the existing price phister cartridge for the jack and Jill tub/shower is defective. - Provided a complimentary estimate to replace the existing flange for the master bathroom to assist with the house sale. - Repaired a 3/4 copper line pin hole leak in the basement and installed a section of 3/4 pex. - Capped a 1/2 inch copper line in the basement. - Sold an estimate to return and replace the master bathroom closet flange. - Need to order a new black 2 piece price phister cartridge for the jack and Jill tub/shower. - Job is not complete, but we will return with the new cartridge before Friday to avoid affecting the customer's contract to
