Michael and Jake were not only professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and easy to talk to. Even took the old dishwasher out of the apartment for me. I highly recommend My Guy Plumbing. They were great from the phone call with Gina to the installation. Very neat and clean. Thanks guys!

Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking water heater. Upon inspection found it was leaking from, the tank gave options on replacement and customer would like to move forward with work. Installed 50 gal gas power vent and brought everything up to code. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Emailed st8 form. Registered water heater. Customer is responsible for paying permit fee and scheduling inspection. Chimney 2” power exhaust 40k btu
Arrived on site client stated that sewer line is broken and she had two companies come out to give estimate. Client did not want to pay again for a camera we offered 10% off and client would like to speak with her husband. Will credit 59 towards camera.
Arrived on site removed leaking section of cast iron and installed new piece of pvc into cast iron hub and used oakem and plastic seal to secure it in place. Installed new check valve trap and stand pipe for washing machine. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like to have their tankless flushed, washing machine valve replaced, and clear a main line stoppage. Flushed tankless, replaced washing machine valve, and cleared stoppage, sent down camera and found that the house trap was clogged. Recommend replacing the house trap. Also found that one of the stacks has a leak on it and we will need to remove a section of cast iron and replace with pvc and also install a back water valve for the laundry standpipe pipe. Will return Wednesday to repair cast iron pipe and install back water valve. Collected payment for work performed today.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak underneath the kitchen sink and the back deck is always wet and they hear water running when the toilet is flushed. Upon inspection of the kitchen sink found that there appears to be no leaks on the kitchen sink itself ran faucet, filled up sink, turned valves on and off, sprayed all cracks and crevices, checked all compression connections and found nothing. There was a spot underneath the sink but it was wet and stick like something had leaked like some sort of cleaner but customer stated that they don’t keep anything under there. Ran dishwasher and checked dishwasher connection found nothing leak on that. Did notice a water stain on the side of the cabinet where the dishwasher was located and also found a spot by the corner of the door that was moist and had a small wet spot underneath it. It appears that a leak may be coming from the dishwasher seal and over time the cabinet absorbed the water. Recommend having an appliance compa
Customer stated that they would like a ice maker line installed for they fridge after inspecting Myguy plumbing will Install an ice maker valve underarm the fridge and run ice maker line through the crawlspace. For today. The customer would like the options emailed over to them.
