Charlie and Matt C were great and provided amazing service. They meticulously explained the work that needed to be done, how they were going about it, and made sure I understood everything clearly- even to the extent of showing me the equipment they’d be using, how it worked, and giving me confidence the issue I had would not return. They were respectful of my house and cleaned up fully after the job was done. I’m very happy with the quality of their work; it’s reassuring to have folks who clearly know their stuff. Erica from the office also followed up with me quickly to check on the service I received and make sure everything had to my satisfaction. Very pleased with MyGuy and will be a repeat customer for sure !
