Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in the bathroom after inspecting, we found that customer has two leaks one at the pop up assembly and one at the shutoff valve on the cold side. MyGuy pluming hose customer options to rectify all issues, customer would like to move forward with all work, once MyGuy pluming gets the part in we will be collecting a down deposit for today.
Arrived on site client stated her bathroom tub has been very slow draining for awhile now. After taking tub stopper it I noticed what appeared to be grout mixed with hair in the drain. Removed all grout and hair from the drain and it is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site and client stated thier toilet would not flush properly and would like us to install customer supplied garbage disposal. Upon inspection when flushing the toilet it appears to be clogged. Client would not like to move forward with the garbage disposal at this time. After augering the toilet it is now flushing as it should.
GET ST8 FOR ALL WORK Arrived to home to install 2 toilets. MyGuy supplied and installed 2 comfort height toilets and tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
