Great Service. Excellent work.

Charlie came on time and gave me a few options to fix my problem. He walked me through each one and did great work when we decided on a solution for the leak.

Arrived to the home, customer states they replaced their tub faucet for the soaking tub and ever since the hot water side does not have any pressure, also the tub spout in the other bathroom does not diverter the water to the showerhead. I provided options and customer would like to go through with the work. Supplied and installed new straight stop for soaking tub behind the access panel. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Supplied and installed new diverting tub spout for the other bathroom. Secured that connection as well. Turned shower on and water is now getting to the showerhead. Caulked tub spout as well.

Arrived to the home, customer has sold the home but did not pass the CO from the town due to the laundry sink in the basement not having a permit pulled. I arrived today and the sink and pump are all installed properly, only issue I could see was that the stand pipe for the washer had no backflow prevention, so if the sewer line were to back up, it would flood the basement. I advised to the client to have us remove the stand pipe and reinstall the discharge hose for the washer directly into the sink. Cut out portion of sewer line. Removed stand pipe for washer. Added new pipe and fittings and secured my connections. Ran water to turn the pump on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Extended vent/inlet on pump housing to allow the discharge of condensate from tankless water heater into the pump directly. Strapped up the piping accordingly. There are no leaks at this time. *Permit fees are at homeowners cost.

Arrived on site customer stated that they have a slow drain sink. Upon inspection found that the drain is backing up and has nothing to do with the pop up assembly recently installed. Sent down snake and pulled out a big clump of hair. Put drain back together ran hot water and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected payment.
