We had a plumbing leak and we googled and call My Guy. Charlie came out that afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised, with the Company My Guy Plumbing. Charlie took his time and was very knowledgeable. Charlies quality of work he provided was great. I was very pleased and now I can say we found a fantastic Plumbing Company. Charlie was very professional. He also gave us some great ideas to upgrade but did not pressure us. Thank you Charlie!

FOUND ON INSPECTION TANKLESS -customer stated it is time to flush the tankless. Myguy plumbing recommends flushing the unit HALLWAY BATHROOM -customer would like a new American standard Cadedt pro toilet installed in their hallway bathroom. KITCHEN - Basket strainer has corrosion buildup on it and appears to have a slight leak. Myguy plumbing recommends replacing basket strainer, MASTER BATHROOM -shower head is leaking, myguy plumbing recommends replacing shower head. FOUND ON INSPECTION TANKLESS -customer stated it is time to flush the tankless. Myguy plumbing recommends flushing the unit - there is a shark bite fitting on the side for the tankless. Myguy pluming recommends replacing shark bite fitting. After presenting options to the customer, the customer would like to move forward with everything. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found, everything is working as should no issues.
Arrived on site excavated broken section of sewer and made repairs. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Need to refund $400 back to customer because down deposit was never applied.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have 3 separate breaks on the sewer line. Upon inspection found that they have a pump station that pumps the sewage into the sewer line and it is leaking everywhere. Attempted to camera but line is full tried to snake at cleanout by street but was unable to unclog the main. Recommend having the jet truck come out and jet the line clean to send camera to inspect integrity of the line and will credit towards a repairs to be made. Customer would just like us to dig up that section because they’ve had previous issues so we collected a $400 down deposit and will return Friday morning with an excavator to dig it up and make repairs.
Arrived on site client stated his sewage ejector pump was not pumping on its own. Adjusted float and when done I found a leak on the coupling below the check valve and clients check valve was also not working. Replaced a very small section of pipe and replaced the 2” check valve. Ran water in the downstairs bathroom and pump is now working on its own. There are no leaks on the piping and check valve.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a clogged bathroom sink and we are going to perform an annual inspection. Upon inspection found 1. Hose bib is leaking from hose connection and customer would like to have it rerouted. 2. Boiler drains for laundry shut offs are leaking. Recommend replacement. 3. Downstairs toilet is running. Replaced flapper as courtesy through membership program 4. Upstairs faucet is leaking through the handle. Recommend replacement. 5. Clogged bathroom sink in first floor bathroom. Removed blockage as courtesy through membership program. Went over everything with customer and they would like to move forward with replacement of hose bib, flapper, boiler drains, faucet, and unclogging bathroom sink. Performed all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected payment.
