Removed washer to access the Sheetrock behind the shower valve. Cut Sheetrock to expose piping. Disconnected and removed existing shower valve from the home. Supplied and installed Moen posi temp shower valve with remodel trim kit. Soldered my connections and turned the water on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Installed shower trim and caulked the plate and tub spout. Supplied and installed new Moen magnetic shower head for client as well. *There was a quote to replace the water main as well, in order to do so, I would need to shut off the whole building to replace the shut off located in the laundry room. HOA would need to be notified of this and would need to schedule that service for a later date.
Arrived on site and client stated her downstairs bathroom was clogged. Upon inspection client also has cleanout by the street. Put camera down the line and found massive ball of toilet paper. Snaked main from the cleanout by the street and restored flow. Client can now use water.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leaking water heater upon inspection found that the heater was leaking from the tank itself and it would need to be replaced. Gave options and replaced tank water heater and install two leak breaker with pan. After testing all work found laundry sink faucet was leaking as well and replaced that. Registered all products and brought everything up to code tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Arrived to home to install RO faucet we ordered. Upon arrival we discovered that the faucet we ordered was not the correct one. While here we noticed 4 valves under the sink were old and one of them was leaking slightly. MyGuy created estimate to replace 4 valves under kitchen sink, as well as replace RO faucet. Once we acquire correct RO faucet we will contact customer to get her on schedule. Arrived back to complete install. MyGuy supplied and installed new RO faucet, drain clamp and r shut off valves. Tested for leaks there are none at this time.

Locate, assess, and repair leak @ curb key ****Job cancelled- $2000 deposit refunded 9/20/25**** Customer's will reach out if needed once they can clarify if this will be covered by town. They may be on the townships list to replace the full line as they just realized they received a letter about it and should find out more information this Monday.
Upon arrival, the customer stated the following: We came out on August 8 2025for a sump pump issue. While evaluating this issue, the technician noticed the curb key was buried in dirt and he was unable to access it or turn it off. The town was notified. Then yesterday, September 18 2025 the town notified the customer that there was a leak at the curb key and the responsibility for repair was hers. After an in-depth evaluation on September 19, 2025, the following has been determined: * there is an active leak at the curb key * in order to determine the significance and exact location of the leak. The following tasks must be performed. * access the area by first demolishing existing sidewalk (approximately 6sq feet) * excavate the area surrounding the curb key * identify the exact location of the leak * determine the cause of the leak * repair any components that are damaged * test all components and con
