Pressure 60 Hardness 3 Ph 7.4 Arrived on site customer stated that they would like their kitchen faucet replaced with the faucet that they purchased. After inspecting, we noticed that the hot side shut off valve did not fully close. My guy plumbing gave options to install customer supplied faucet along with replacing all shut off valves underneath the kitchen sink. Customer decide to move forward with everything. After all work was completed my guy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time, There are no leaks found everything is working. It should please note that there is no warranty on. Customer supplied products. Only the labor.

Arrived to home for dripping tub spout. Upon inspection found that home is 100 yrs old and drip was coming from failing 3 handle shower. Customer had plumber out previous to repair stems. Stated he replaced washers. Wanted to give options for new valve but handles are spaced too far apart and has tile. Tub shoe is leaking. I am recommending having one of our remodel techs to come out and give an option for tub/enclosure replacement before giving option to replace tub shoe. Customer agrees.
Arrived on site customer stated that she is remodeling both bathroom and would like us to do the plumbing upon inspection found that in the hallway upstairs bathroom we will be installing tub, toilet, shower valve, faucet, all drainage for sinks and new shut off valves. Master bath we will be installing shower pan, toilet, shower valve, 2 faucets, all drainage for sinks, and we will also have to open up the wall run a new line additional sink they are adding. May have to add additional items on invoice once customer receives all part and we know what we are working with. Performed inspection customer does not have a boiler only a water heater. Everything appears to be in good working order.
