New water heater with membership Arrived to home to install new water heater we recently left a quote for. MyGuy supplied and installed Bradford white water heater and brought up to code. Tested for leaks and there are none at this time. Water heater is registered and customer is now a member.
Inspection of sewer main using an inspection camera Access in crawl. See video attached. The sewer remain is dated and very old with many signs of failure in the near future. There are no roots or other penetrations that can cause obstructions, however, there are many hairline cracks throughout the cast-iron pipe buried underneath the crawlspace in the ground. Due to the age of the pipe and the condition of the inside of the pipe is recommended that the sewer may be replaced with schedule 40 PVC from inside the crawlspace to the city main. It is also recommended that a cleanout being installed on the outside of the house.
