Upon arrival customer explained that only his toilet was backed up so he uses an auger to try and clear it and it did not work. Then he had someone out who used an 8 ft snake and that did not clear it. Used camera through outside clean out to asses sewer line. With camera I was able to locate blockage. Customer pulled toilet so that we can access sewer line through there. We cleared the blockage through that access and customer re seated toilet himself.
Arrived to the home customer states that electric water heater was leaking. I proved options for replacement, customer would like to go with replacement and became a member. Drained existing water heater in home Vacuumed water out of pan Adapted to existing cpvc line and ran copper up Supplied and installed 50 gal electric water heater with ball valve Connected all electrical connections and turned breaker on Secured all connections and turned home back on to check for leaks There are no leaks at this time *customer has requested permits be mailed to home not to town *permit fees are at home owners cost *customer is now a member *prior to permits being pulled, electrical needs to be brought up to code as well customer is aware
Fixed all plumbing issues including a new hose bib
Arrived to home for shower that would not turn off. Upon inspection found that customer had the trim taken apart already. Took a Quick Look at what was going on and asked what the initial problem was. He said handle would just spin. Customer had tools out and I instantly noticed that the screw inside the handle was lose. Tightened screw and put handle back on. There are no leaks and nothing wrong with cartridge. Still left an option for replacement. There were no other issues in home. Collected 59
Arrived to the home for a leaking water pipe in the crawlspace. Client had already made a repair on the piping using sharkbite fittings, so there are no active leaks at this time. However, this type of leak happens often to the home in the crawlspace space due to age and the home being on a well. Client had requested prices for just cleaning up the piping at the well system only, or a full repipe of all the water piping only in the crawlspace and transition to pex. I have provided option and the client would like to get back to us with there decision.
