At 4;30 pm on a Sunday found had air conditioner clog that caused damage. By 6 pm air conditioner fixed. They are a great company. Will not use anyone else.

Lennon was very nice and did a great job. There was a bit of a hold up with the job, the parts were apparently ordered wrong originally and then the second scheduled date had to be moved due to rain. However, we had to really push for the 3rd date to be on 6/7 as opposed to later in the week. I know some was out of your control, but I expected better service on the rescheduling of dates. I don't see why I had to wait 2 weeks after the parts were ordered wrong. At that time I had already paid half the price of the job. Again, I am not sure how much was in your control (and Lennon certainly had nothing to do with it) but if you take my money I expect you to work a little harder on correcting scheduling and part problems.
