The guys came over at the end of the day to assess our problem, but ended up staying into the night outside to fix our leak right away. They did great work and never complained about working late, they're biggest concern was getting the job done and customer satisfaction.

Had a very stubborn shower drain with old style plumbing from the 70's clogged and refusing to clear, a bunch of twists and 90's everywhere did all i could but it defeated me... Called Pacific Plumbing and they sent Dale who worked through his arsenol and cleared my freakin mess of a shower right out... He worked hard at it and tried different techniques assuring me the whole time he would solve my problem and he did!!!! Very knowladgable, helpful and personable... Greatful for his help and solving my plroblem.. Well done!
