I found Luis R. to be very trustworthy, which is especially important in this type of work. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and offered a practical solution. The only concern I had was with the follow-up. A different technician came later for the camera inspection and recommended a pressure wash. After the work was completed, I felt it was necessary to personally review the before-and-after footage to confirm the line had been properly cleaned.
