Upon arrival customer explained that she had the roof replaced 4 years ago and the leak has came back but the roofing company has been telling her there is nothing wrong with the roof after looking at lay out of home I was able to find that all plumbing is in center of home and water lines and drain lines go to the front of home from upstairs not the rear of home we’re leaks are so I 100% agree there is no plumbing above to cause damage to bedroom and kitchen ceiling
Upon arrival started looking at the sheet rock in the kitchen area and in the bedroom area there’s no plumbing fixtures above this from water To drain piping home owner didn’t wanna open sheet rock because she said there was nothing there but insulation also leak damage was here before the roof was installed it was fixed and after the roof was installed the damage came back after the Sheetrock was patched then proceeded to go look at washing machine connections and drain no evidence of a leak then I looked at the three toilets in the home and the two double vanities to give quotes on removal and installation of new

The home is newly constructed, approximately 3 years in age. The kitchen sink has an undermount sink basin, with quartz countrtops. I gave an estimate to perform the work, and after gaining approval, I began by drilling through the quartz. The quartz was 1-1/2” thick, I used a 5/8” diamond bit, and used water to keep the area cool. After drilling the hole. I tied into the cold side of the faucet, and ran the 1/4” water lines to the respective areas. I mounted the 3 phase R.O filter system under the left side of the sink.
Upon arrival to the home talk to the customer and completed the water heater flush as well as an inspection of the crawlspace which everything seem to be fine the customer did state that his wife was sick so he was not really interested in me coming inside of the home besides doing the water heater flush which is located in the garage, I did ask the homeowner is there anything that he wanted me to take a look at specifically or any concerns that he had for anything in the house he said that everything is functioning as it should and he did not have any concerns at this time
Repair broken section of pex pipe Remove old sediment filter and install customer supplied Strap filter/piping to floor joists 90 day warranty We were called out to look at a sediment filter and adjacent piping, which had broken off at a brass connection. We removed the broken section of pipe, as well as the sediment filter, and we installed a new filter, with a mounting bracket, and connected it into the piping. After pressure testing our work, we saw the system is working properly.
Arrived at home greeted customer was shown thru garage into laundry room where heater is located proceeded to shut off water and electricity to water heater and began flushing draining into tub checked water psi(65)after I removed hose and filled tank and turned electricity on to water heater operates properly
Upon arrival the customer made me aware that they needed the hose bib that was repaired recaulked, I did notice that it had been pulled out from the wall slightly again it just inform them to try to keep slack on the hose and not pull because the only thing holding it is the thin exterior sheet metal and solder joint which is strapped in the wall. I did re-caulk it and everything looks great now. The customer may want to have a contractor brace the wall with a sturdier boarding in the wall to prevent excess pulling. Nick pleasants Apex,nc
On today’s visit customer made us aware that the hose bib we installed approximately a year ago had failed at the solder joint. I cannot determine whether this was an installation issue or not so I am warranting the work this time but this is a very irregular failure on next visit if this specific issue happens again I may need to charge the customer. I cleaned the copper and hose bib area well and soldered it back together after that was performed I turned the water back on and tested thoroughly now everything is functioning properly. After arriving to the property the homeowner made me aware that over the last month the dishwasher has been leaking intermittently, sometimes it will leak from the bottom when ran and others time it will not, and at this point the homeowner is going to proceed with repairing the flooring and would like to know if it is a plumbing issue or an appliance issue before moving forward, after assessing the situation there are multiple signs of a door seal leak, and given that the leak is intermittent and that all of the plumbing connections are in good condition without failure it is my inclination that there’s an issue with the appliance itself and if this is not a plumbing issue, the homeowner is understanding and agrees with the above diagnosis and is going to move forward with seeking out appliance repair to further assist him with his issue
With customer I descaled tankless water hill in garage for 45 minutes customer also stated that sometimes when the heater is running he smell gas I checked everything for leaks and found a really small leak at union on gas line tighten and checked serval more times and is no longer leaking tankless is now back in service and running normally
Upon arrival customer was concerned that they may not be getting full capacity out of their water heater so I gave the customer an upfront diagnostic price to thoroughly test all components of the 50 gallon state lowboy water heater. I found that the heater was receiving proper voltage at 240v,18 amp draw, as well as 12 ohms and continuity to both elements. The heater is functioning properly and the reason behind the customers concern was they were unable to fill their 100 gallon whirlpool tub. Nick pleasants Apex,nc
Run gas line from gas manifold in crawlspace to location of stove with line coming though floor shut off valve will shut off at manifold and behind stove after gas line is installed it will be pressure tested with air to insure no leaks Price also includes permits inspection fees and electrical Return today and installed line from location of stove to tap under home after regulator Drilled hole in floor behind stove and installed floor flange to hold gas secure to floor then tied in after regulator going to grill gas line with shut off behind stove and at tap strapped line every 24 inches After installed put on test and held at 15psi after 45 minutes is still holding after inspection will return to remove test and turn gas on
Upon arrival to the home customer stated that he had an occasional smell coming out of the cold side on the faucet in the master bathroom after running the water in the master bathroom and guest bathrooms we cannot get the water to make a smell except for a strong chlorine smell due to the city water, I informed the customer that a water filtration system will be a good idea and he would like to think on it at this point so I provided them options and pricing for that, and today we will just be collecting the dispatch fee
Flush tank style water heater and refill. Upon arrival to the home, the homeowner made me aware of the location of his water heater on the back porch. After setting up my hose and turning off the water, I let the heater drain completely before flushing it with fresh water and beginning to fill it up. The tank filled and is heating up with no issues whatsoever, everything is now functioning properly and as it should.
Will be returning next Thursday 2/10/22 to install gas line for gas stove customer has paid 25% deposit will collect remaining balance next Thursday when job is completed
