Upon arrival to the house the customer directed me to the guest bathroom downstairs where the toilet tank had cracked and broken so at this time after discussing with the customer he wants to go with replacing the tank the house is new along with the toilet so at this time I called Ferguson Enterprises and ordered a toilet tank and they said estimated time of delivery To the Ferguson in Burlington North Carolina would be Tuesday at the latest Wednesday of next week at this time I informed the customer of the information I had obtained and he is OK with it and once that I know that the tank is at the Burlington store I will call the customer and we will schedule an exact time then the tank has been ordered at this time Upon arrival to the house today I installed the pro flow toilet tank which was ordered to Ferguson last week and installed it on the toilet and has tested it and everything is functioning properly and as it should at this time
