Replace 50 gallon electric water heater with new shut off valve and new expansion tank. We would also change the anode rod with a new zink anode rod for egg smells. Warranty 2 years parts and labor. On the date of 6-11-21 I return to install 40 gallon electric water heater. I touched base with customer for any questions or concerns. Neither. I was then able to cut power and water Off to water heater. I then drain old water heater so I could remove it. We also changed the anode rod with a aluminum zink anode rod for the egg/Sulphur smell. We also put a cap full of clorine to help clean pex lines through home. We then put new water heater on the stand. With that I was able to connect water lines and power. We then turned water back on to home to fill New water heater. We tested for leaks. No leaks. Cleaned our work area and job was complete.
