Upon arrival customer made me aware that he was looking to have gas lines ran to a gas grill in the center at rear of home and run a gas line to a fire pit which pavers have already been laid. Gas line should have been laid and straight runs with black iron and wrapped before pavers and fire pit were laid because per code we cannot run anything but black iron wrapped underground I would not be able to fish the sleeved areas that the customer expected because gas line would be allowed to go through. So this estimate will cover the installation up to code but homeowner will be responsible for removing and putting back any paver stones after the work was complete.
