Upon arrival customer was concerned that they may not be getting full capacity out of their water heater so I gave the customer an upfront diagnostic price to thoroughly test all components of the 50 gallon state lowboy water heater. I found that the heater was receiving proper voltage at 240v,18 amp draw, as well as 12 ohms and continuity to both elements.
