After arriving to the property the homeowner made me aware that over the last month the dishwasher has been leaking intermittently, sometimes it will leak from the bottom when ran and others time it will not, and at this point the homeowner is going to proceed with repairing the flooring and would like to know if it is a plumbing issue or an appliance issue before moving forward, after assessing the situation there are multiple signs of a door seal leak, and given that the leak is intermittent and that all of the plumbing connections are in good condition without failure it is my inclination that there’s an issue with the appliance itself and if this is not a plumbing issue, the homeowner is understanding and agrees with the above diagnosis and is going to move forward with seeking out appliance repair to further assist him with his issue
