Includes: -replacement of toilet flange on first floor of slab home with minimal concrete chipping -installation of customer supplied toilet ***if existing fixture is used no warranty on fixture*** Return 7/16/21 and busted out concrete around toilet flange in hall bathroom by using small hammer drill to drill multiple holes in concrete then used chisel bit to brake it out after getting to bottom of flange cut off top then cut multiple slits in remaining hub heated with torch and pealed off cleaned pipe then installed new flange patched concrete with hydraulic cement then screwed flange to floor after flange was installed we set new customer supplied toilet with new wax ring and flange bolts after toilet and tested insure it was leaking caulked around toilet and made customer aware not to use for 3 hour to insure caulk is dry
