Upon arrival to the house I met with the realtor and the realtor and me took a look at the master shower that was dripping a little from the American standard three handle valve at this time I consulted with the homeowner and let them know what was going on and provided upfront pricing and options for the homeowner I emailed three quotes to the homeowner for her to choose from to resolve the issue of the dripping Fossett and she is going to consult with her realtor and then call me or the office back with an answer at that point we will go forward with the repair or whatever she wants to do
