Main line stoppage through outside clean out up to 75' with cable machine warrantied with camera inspection, camera inspection waived Upon arrival customer made me aware that he had a mainline blockage causing none of his fixtures to drain, also that another company attempted to clear it earlier and we’re on successful with light digging in the front yard I found a very moist spot and determine that to be an area of a break, so I dug it up to assess the situation and at this time I did find a break so I gave the customer multiple options and upfront pricing and at this time he had me simply cable and clear the blockage once were complete everything is flowing properly. This blockage cannot be guaranteed or warranted due to condition of the pipe but I will be sending a sewer specialist to camera the line and further assess any more damage.
