Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and she explain to me that she had a leak somewhere and explain to me that the water meter was constantly running, After evaluation of the water meter are then gave an upfront option in price on doing a diagnostic to attempt to locate the leak, after signature approval I then began to do test the toilets and check everything inside and underneath the home, after checking everything inside and underneath the home everything checked out to be fine upon my evaluation, I then cut the whole home shut off off under the house, And then evaluated the water meter again and while evaluating the water meter was still running, I then made the homeowner aware that there was a leak somewhere in the yard from the meter to the house and then provided upfront options and prices on replacing the entire waterline from the meter to the home and then made her aware that She would have to have a third-party leak specialist come out and find the exact spot of the leak
