Job Checkin

We were called out today because the customer is opening a dentistry office, and several of the fixtures in the building do not have hot water. After looking over the building, I found that the left side of the building does have hot water, however the right side does not. When we tested the two sinks on the right of the building, only about an ounce of water came out of the hot side, and then stopped entirely. I disconnect the supply lines under the sink to make sure the shut off valve was functioning, and I was able to see inside the valve that the stopper was in fact moving freely. The issue seems to be that there is no water in the hot lines on that side of the building, possibly due to the hot lines being disconnected somewhere in the wall. We looked in the attic and in the drop down ceiling for water lines, but unfortunately all the water lines are in the walls and we have no way of looking at them. I offered a quote for cutting open the sheet rock and exposing the water lines, a
