-Pump up to 1000 gallons (additional fee per 100 gallons over) -Hand dug for exposure Upon arrival I spoke with the home buyer and she stated that she wanted to get the septic tank pumped, after approval from the homeowner I began to locate the septic tank. Once located after digging some of the lid I noticed the septic tank had sectional lids and would require a large amount of hand digging. I notified the home buyer that it would be an extra charge and once she accepted I began to dig. Once the septic tank was exposed I gave her multiple upfront options on having it pumped. After she decided on option 2 I pumped the septic tank until it was clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.
